As LCI-UK grows we need a chairman to guide our organisation and represent us at the highest levels. The appointment will be for 3 years and will involve chairing the quarterly meetings of both LCI-UK’s advisory and academic boards, introducing the LCI-UK annual summit, and attending a small number of other events. The person appointed will not need to be an expert in lean, but will have an interest in lean ideas and a belief in the potential benefits of lean practice for the UK construction industry.
